tl;dr some guy entered our chat from another chat and I didn't like him so everyone agreed I demote him. I don't know if it was the right thing to do.
__________________Js. I used to go to a chatroom where I met my friends in the first two (it's kinda dead now but I'd say a good 10-15 people visit regularly). Then I went back to the old after several years and find... this guy from newchat. And one of my friends apparently promoted him. I got the go-ahead from the main admin (and my friends all decided it was for the best so he didn't lead the other, frankly, faggots there) to demote him. Of course I told him all he has to do is stop going to that shithole and unfriend them. I suppose it's hard but I mean these people type like they're using their dicks or something. The people there now don't rp properly (don't distinguish from action, character-speak, and ooc speech), I called someone a whore in main with an admin present and she called me 'hysterical' like I was funny. I was serious like I always am on da Internets. I mean they're frankly a bunch of dumbshits. Nothing against the guy but the first chat is for myself and my friends. He isn't my friend. Ergo, I did not want him leading the others there. The other people in there now said I was pretty coldhearted but am I really or was it a reasonable decision? I was already on getting my friend (an admin at the SECOND chat) to perma me so I didn't have an excuse to go there anymore, and sic my worshipper on them because they make HIM look like a freaking genius. I question the ethics of my decision. After all, it's just a stupid chat site. Thoughts on it? I'm not usually so heavy-handed but I really don't want those people where I go. Ugh and now lurking in the other chat he's qqing about it.
Quit.
