So I needed to get clothes for a wedding coming up, right?

I was in the men's section of a store looking for a vest when an employee asked my mother (who was with me at the time) if 'she' needed any help.

"No. He doesn't."

I don't look girlish or like a loli at all. I don't get it. He must have been behind me so he didn't see my face or anything. And logic would dictate that someone looking through the men's section of a store would likely be male.
