[DFOSource] Rules/Guidelines Overhaul!

I am aware that there has been a lack of discipline lately, and I am trying my best to deal with it but please understand that I am only one person. The fastest way to get me to deal with a post/thread that breaks the rules is to use the report button.

With that said, I took the liberty of updating the rules a bit in hopes that stricter rules (especially in the flaming/trolling areas) will get people to behave.

You can view the rules here or at the top of every sub-forum, as usual. If you have any comments/questions/suggestions, please post them here.

These new rules take effect as of now.

5. Do not use excessive profanity.
Anything over one per paragraph (every 4-5 sentences) is too much, and you will be punished for posts over this amount.
First offense: Infraction
Second offense: 3 day ban
Following offenses: 1 week ban
You may be permabanned for continual offenses.

I disagree. I use a lot of profanity by habit, and as long as people don't have a problem with it, I see no reason to implement a restriction to it. Also, what if you're quoting a sentence from the History of the F- Word?

The edit button is there for a reason! Use it. If for some reason you accidentally double post, delete it or report it so an admin/moderator may delete it for you. If you accidentally post in the wrong section, report it and an admin/moderator will move it.

This. Can we change 'Religion' to belief? Since Religion comes under belief, and belief also takes respects for people who believe stuff that isn't an Religion.
Also think you could add Gender to the bold ones? I know that under it says '...of any kind' but some people's eyes just breeze over everything not bolded, sometimes gender plays a good pick-on-thing (Though it's just to remember there's still the difference of 'go back to kitchen' and actually being discriminatory by continuously saying such, or other regards etc.)

Not sure it's a great idea but I have removed this section, willing to give it a try.

If it has only been an hour and it is still on the first page, if you edit it someone will more than likely see it.
