Can we do that? Turn off reporting abilties? Also might want to make it a bit harsher like "Spurious and false reports can be an offense and earn oneself a infraction."

It is an option that administrators have; we would have to go to David or Dom about it. But it is an option that indeed exists.
And, I don't want it to sound too harsh, because I want it to be clear that this is not the most grievous of offenses. I think that the punishment, by its very nature, needs to be light; if it sounds too harsh, then people may think twice about sending reports, worried that it may be interpreted as useless and cost them. That's exactly the sort of reaction that I don't want to see, y'know? So I phrase it to be as gentle as possible. |

Ah undestandable but at the same time it's the same thing as pulling a fire alarm; making the firemen thing there's a giant fire and when they reach there only to find a bunch of kids laughing.
