Fast Pan vs Mcgee's Desert Storm

Fast Pan is really more a PvP weapon. If you want a revolver for PvE-ing I'd reccomend a King Cobra for the +1 Death by Revolver.

McGee revolver can be worth upgrading, except you only get one, so if you fail attempting a +11 you can't replace it, unlike the King Cobra (where you can just buy another).

McGee is good if you get it to +12 or more. Otherwise fast pan is better.

+1 Death By Revolver is more helpful than +20% damage to a skill with 40 seconds of cooldown.

If you must have a 45 weapon then yes, Rude Boy Jack is better, but I'd still reccomend upgrading a King Cobra instead.
