What are the we looking for when it comes to avatars? Attack speed or casting speed? And what are the best skills found in TOP avatars? And what are the essential (must-have) avatars?

I'm about to buy a G-35L Flash Bang top from a friend, good or bad idea? (About 1.8m).

Hat/Hair: Casting Speed for PVP, INT/MP for PVE.
Face/Torso: Attack Speed.
Top: Neil, Ice Grenade, Flash Grenade. Depends on your build.
Pants: HP.
Waist: Evasion.
Shoes: Movement Speed.

bullet buff, grenades, immobility booster, pierce, napalm

Bullet buffs, grenade preps, napalm, and grenade tosses are based on casting speed.

Stacking casting speed makes the female's grenade toss visibly faster, which means it works for males too.

Now, for female spits their ground nade speed is quite..horrendous in comparison to the males. Aside from the cast time of loading nades and bullet buffs, is the speed really worth losing the possible 60 int worth of magic attack damage? Because I was thinking that would have a much higher priority for the males considering one major difference between Male grenades and Female grenades is damage, speed, and aerial vs. ground, and being a male spit, I'd want to maximize on what i can do...unless that's totally null and void and casting speed is still king.
